Role Expectation

• Collaborate with key product stakeholders to understand the overall process and the actions requiring automating
• Design and assist with the implementation of performantresilient automation to address the manual aspects of the process
• Design in securitybydefault secrets management least privilege vulnerability management
• Monitor and improve process performance optimising to not only meet the objective but provide head room to cater for unknown scenarios
• Factor in not only the process and the testing of the automation to assure it works whenever it is required

Skills RequiredEssential

• Ability to challenge conventional wisdom to design the best solution
• 5 years designing and delivering Ansiblebased automation into Jenkins CICD pipelines
• Scripting skills Python Go Bash etc
• Highly developed communication skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multiculturedglobal environment
• Working experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment
• Strong documentation collaboration and ownership mindset

Desirable

• Experience of working with and improving IT Services underpinned by vendor software
• Productdomain experience in one or more of
• oFile Transmission products eg IBM SFGSSPSEASCD
• oMainframe zOS and job execution workflows

• An understanding of financial services compliance and risk management requirements
