Looking replacing its legacy mainframe based applications by implementing a standard banking package. This is a multi-year program – affecting all core banking products, systems and teams within the team. The first phase is to implement a new business lending product by means of this new standard package. The standard package needs to be implemented in the existing team IT landscape and requires many interfaces with a variety of IT systems; including channel related applications (amongst others, our new Digital Sales Platform for Business Lending), Data lake environments, Finance, other business lending applications etc etc.
Skills required:
Experience in integration of IT systems; understanding the different integration patterns – especially real time integration based on API’s.; including error handling/Non Functional Requirements
● Experience in designing ‘sequence diagrams’: defining the interactions between different systems for every use case / feature
● A good level of data modeling; and experience/hands on with json structures to detail out the different interfaces ● Good (English) communication skills (verbal and in writing; facilitating workshops, documenting solutions, be able to present solutions – alternatives with its pro’s and cons.
● Pro-active approach (reaching out to different departments/teams within bank to seek for information, to align and to work with other people) Experience in banking in general and more specific in (business) lending is an advantage – but not a prerequisite
