Kamaili

Specific Requirements

  • In addition Kamailio support must cover
  • SIP routing logic and routing behaviour analysis
  • Dispatcher and failover guidance
  • Load balancing and resiliency patterns
  • SIP header handling and protocol behaviour analysis
  • Troubleshooting routing failures loop scenarios failover behaviour and interoperability issues
  • Configuration review for high availability and multinode deployment
  • Best practice guidance for reload config refresh behaviour
  • Analysis of configuration change impacts across clustered nodes
  • Integration support with upstream and downstream SIP platforms
  • Customer specific routing proxying and operational runbook review

 

PJSIP

Specific Requirements

 

  • In addition PJSIP support must cover
  • SIP stack behaviour and interoperability analysis
  • SIPRECrelated integration support where PJSIP is part of the voice transcription chain
  • Media session establishment troubleshooting where relevant to the supported component
  • Troubleshooting signalling session stability and protocollevel behaviour
  • Upgrade and dependency compatibility guidance
  • Defect analysis support in customer integrations using PJSIP librariesservices
  • Tuning and operational guidance relevant to the PJSIPbased transcription connector
