Seeking a Senior Specialist with 12-15+ years of experience to lead Azure cloud architecture and application rearchitecting initiatives using a wide range of Azure and development technologies
Job Description
- Design and implement scalable secure and robust cloud solutions leveraging Azure AI Azure DevOps Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
- Develop and maintain microservicesbased architectures using SpringBoot Net Core Nodejs and Angular
- Create and optimize architectural diagrams and application architecture documentation to support cloud migration and modernization
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code IaC tools such as Terraform Ansible and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate deployments and manage cloud infrastructure
- Perform application rearchitecting to migrate legacy applications to cloudnative architectures with microservices and containerization using Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain CICD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub CoPilot GitLab and Azure DevOps to streamline software delivery
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud resources including Azure SQL Azure App Service Azure Frontdoor and Azure Monitor to ensure high availability and performance
- Implement security best practices and governance frameworks aligned with Azure Cloud Architecture standards Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and enforce architecture patterns and styles for cloud applications
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of cloudnative applications and services on Azure platform
- Drive cloud operations transition from migration to steadystate operations establishing target operating models and processes
- Act as a key interface between migration teams ITSM security architects and stakeholders to align cloud architecture and operational practices
- Establish and maintain automation roadmaps and service catalogs to achieve zerotouch deployment and infrastructure automation
- Guide application teams on microservices adoption container orchestration with Kubernetes and modern development frameworks
- Lead governance meetings architectural working groups and change review boards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs applying FinOps principles
- Provide expert support for incident resolution problem management and lifecycle upgrade planning for cloud applications
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers on best practices in Azure cloud architecture and application development
