Digital Lending consists of several cross-functional agile teams that design, build and maintain Lending products in digital customer channels (internet bank, mobile bank)
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product manager, business analysts, UX designers, developers within agile teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and required testing documentation
- Execute manual tests to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, track, and resolve defects effectively
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
Requirements:
- A relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience within IT
- 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Experience with testing web applications and/or mobile app testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices
- Previous experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Excellent problem-solving skills to investigate issues and provide effective solutions quickly
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, UX designers, product manager
- Keen attention to detail ensuring thorough testing coverage across all features of lending products
- Knowledge of banking products and lending processes is considered as a big advantage
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or similar certification is considered as an advantage.
