Bank is decommissioning legacy systems managing manual payments and bookings for internal units for currency transactions. This is following a larger decommission of the system environment supporting currency accounts. This particular request is targeting a Business Architect or business oriented System Analyst/Solution Architect and emphasis in on experience of payments/FX and bookeeping flows. The assignment include performing an as-is analysis to support requirements for a new solution and the design of the new solution.
The ideal candidate has:
Solid knowledge of payment processes, accounting/bookkeeping flows, foreign exchange (FX), and financial transaction processing.
Extensive experience in driving complex business and system analyses independently.
Experience from banking environments, preferably organizations with multiple branches, legal entities, or subsidiaries.
Proven experience working with end-to-end business processes spanning multiple platforms, systems, and organizational units.
Good knowledge of payment formats and messaging standards.
Understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks governing payments, accounting, and financial reporting.
