Role: OpCenter MES Consultants
Location: Remote (Across India)
Employment Type: Contract – 3 Months
Experience Required: 5–10+ Years
1. Functional Consultant – OpCenter MES
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Discrete/Process/Batch) and MES concepts.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and preparing functional specifications (FSD/HLD).
- Hands-on experience with Siemens OpCenter modules (Execution, RD&L, Scheduling, etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and coordinate with technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience in client workshops, UAT support, and change management.
2. Senior Consultant – OpCenter MES
- 8+ years of MES experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle OpCenter MES implementations.
- Strong expertise in solution design, architecture, and multi-site MES deployments.
- Capability to lead functional/technical teams, provide estimations, and drive delivery milestones.
- Experience in integration with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and shop-floor systems (PLC/SCADA).
- Proven track record in handling escalations, ensuring quality delivery, and client stakeholder management.
3. Modeling Lead / Senior Modeling Consultant
- Deep expertise in OpCenter data modeling concepts (Material, Equipment, Routing, Workflow, Resources).
- Experience in designing scalable plant models aligned with manufacturing operations.
- Ability to standardize modeling practices across sites and ensure governance.
- Hands-on experience in configuring workflows, operations, and data structures in OpCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processes through modeling improvements.
4. Modeler – OpCenter MES
- Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining OpCenter models (BOM, BOP, workflows, resources).
- Understanding of manufacturing execution processes and shop-floor data structures.
- Ability to configure routings, operations, and plant hierarchy within OpCenter.
- Experience in supporting deployment, testing, and data validation activities.
- Good coordination skills to work with functional consultants and developers for model alignment.
