Role:- Business Analyst – OT Disaster Recovery & Vulnerability Management

Experience- 8–10+ Years

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within IT/OT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or industrial manufacturing programmes
2. Strong skills in process analysis, documentation, and procedure design
3. Ability to engage and elicit information effectively from technical and non-technical stakeholders across factory site teams
4. Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis or similar structured assessment activities
5. Familiarity with OT environments, industrial asset management, or vulnerability management concepts (desirable)
6. Excellent written communication skills — able to produce clear, structured, professional documentation
7. Strong verbal communication skills — comfortable facilitating workshops and engagement sessions with site representatives
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a programme team
9. High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
10. Familiarity with ITIL, Service Design frameworks, or OT security standards (desirable)

Key Deliverables:-

1. Site engagement summaries and documented current-state DR/VM provisions
2. Business Impact Analysis outputs (3 pilot sites)
3. OT Vulnerability Life Cycle definition
4. OT Vulnerability Management processes, procedures, and reporting standards
5. Supporting analysis and documentation for the DR Strategy and VM Strategy
6. Contribution to tooling assessment and business case materials
