TQUKE0942_5738 - Project Manager – OT Disaster Recovery & Vulnerability Management

Experience Required: 8–10+ Years

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or industrial technology programmes
2. Experience managing discovery/strategy-phase projects within complex, multi-site organisations
3. Strong familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts including BIA, RTO, and RPO frameworks
4. Understanding of OT (Operational Technology) environments, manufacturing IT, or industrial control systems (desirable)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to engage effectively with factory site teams, technical specialists, and senior stakeholders
6. Ability to work autonomously and convert a programme brief into a structured, deliverable workstream plan
7. Experience with risk and dependency management in a multi-workstream programme environment
8. Familiarity with ITIL, Service Design, or OT security frameworks (desirable)
9. Proficiency in standard project management tools and reporting templates
10. Business Impact Analysis (BIA) completed at 3 pilot sites (DR)
11. OT Disaster Recovery Strategy document
12. DR implementation plan with costing and resource requirements
13. OT Vulnerability Management Standards and Procedures
14. OT Vulnerability Management Strategy document
15. VM tool business case and implementation plan
16. Weekly status reports for both workstreams
