Key responsibilities:
Expert user of the platform
First-line support for end-user questions
Training to new end-users
Execute more complex analyses / inquiries from business on he platform
Configuration of business components such as queries, dashboards, reports, alerts, and user communities
Business analysis for new changes and enhancements
Involved in user acceptance testing
Analysis and triage of issues reported by end-users
Skill profile: Product Manager / Business Analyst / Business Application Owner type of profile
- Familiarity with financial transaction data and payment operations, i.e. able to interpret transaction flows, message types, and business events in context
- Comfortable working with configuration-driven tools in a self-service manner, without requiring development skills
- Analytical mindset, i.e. able to build meaningful dashboards, interpret trends, and identify anomalies in transaction data
- Good understanding of payment infrastructure and the systems connected to the Vyntra platform (e.g. SWIFT gateway, payment engines, middleware), sufficient to contextualise issues and support investigations
- Basic familiarity with financial message standards such as SWIFT MT or ISO 20022 is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills, i.e. able to bridge between business users, internal technical teams, and the Vyntra Support Desk
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple open issues and coordinate follow-up independently
- Good understanding of the Vyntra platform
