Apply global standards in WD GL Bank integrations mass uploads user experience roles and user provisioning compliance and audit
Oversight of Product build by payroll vendor and conformance to documented requirements
Develop test scenarios expected results acceptance criteria guidance on data mining
Serve as point of contact for product defectsdeficienciesissues during implementation providing rapid resolution
Collaborate with other workstreams on interdependencies handoffs issues resolutions mitigation and path to green remediations
Crossfunctional collaboration with HR Finance and JJT on E2E solutions landscape diagrams integrations and infrastructure

Sound knowledge and expertise in payroll concepts regulatory framework local practices data and inout integrations for the countries supported
Proven implementation and steady state support in payroll projects
Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and technologies capabilities and limitations integrations how things work
A good understanding of HR Time and Finance integrations
Ability to develop E2E scenarios and data mining guidelines based on documented requirements
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specs
Analytical thinking data mining handson experience on systems and tools
