Project Services
Supplier will assess the current Oracle SBC configuration, develop migration plans, configure the target environment, execute migration activities, support testing, and provide post-cutover hypercare.
• Review the existing Oracle SBC topology, configuration, routing, SIP trunking, security policies, certificates, high availability design, and operational dependencies.
• Prepare the migration design, cutover approach, validation checklist, rollback plan, and implementation runbook.
• Implement the agreed target-state configuration for Oracle SBC instances and related connectivity components.
• Coordinate system integration testing, service validation, and business acceptance testing with customer teams.
• Execute production cutover in line with the approved change plan and provide stabilization and hypercare support for 2 weeks during work hours.
Role Summary:
Experienced Oracle SBC engineers responsible for end-to-end migration of SBC platforms (6100/6300 to 6350), supporting Webex Calling and PSTN interconnection environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive migration strategy for Oracle SBC environments
• Design and implement SIP trunking, call routing, and dial-plan architecture
• Plan and execute cutover, rollback, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead end-to-end migration execution and validation
• Lead migration teams and conduct design reviews
• Manage stakeholders across Service Providers, and Network teams
• Ensure governance, risk management, and successful delivery
Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of SIP / VoIP protocols
• Hands-on experience in SBC configuration (Acme Packet)
