Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Deliver timely and accurate support to ensure optimal functioning of end-user endpoints (Laptops, VDIs, Thin Clients)

▪ Provide comprehensive L1/L2 assistance including phone support, remote troubleshooting, and desk-side engagement.

▪ Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving desktops, laptops, monitors & printers

▪ Execute proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of related tech hardware and software to ensure seamless end user experience

▪ Manage software licenses for the EUC endpoint clients (e.g., endpoint license assignment in M365/Intune; ticketed EUC project tasks only)

▪ Single‑user AD/DNS/DHCP client‑side troubleshooting (e.g., credentials, profile, name resolution on endpoint)

▪ Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.

▪ Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of reported issues.

▪ Adapt quickly to change and continuously learn new tools and technologies.

▪ Work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

▪ Exhibit a self-starter mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.

▪ Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
