Job Description:

• Work with a team of engineers and collaborate with colleagues globally
• Responsible for the software development lifecycle of the changes you implement
• Remediation working to tight deadlines to turn around small incremental fixes quickly and safely
• Maintain code base defects vulnerabilities enhancements etc
• Assist Operations with remediation efforts through tooling and building upon existing capabilities
• Liaise with Asset Class IT teams to improve the quality of the input data and protect the TTR solution from absorbing workaroundscomplexity
• Working within a POD with a defined charter

Skills required:

• 5 years experience in java development
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Selfmotivated person who is enthusiastic and has proven fast learning capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements
• Proactive approach to identifying issues presenting solutions and options
• Familiar with DevOps concepts and SRE
• Strong problem solving skills with a proven track record of delivery
• Continuous Integration Build processes

What additional skills will be good to have:

• Kubernetes experience
• Environment Change and Release Management background
• Software Configuration Management Branching Version Control
• Knowledge of Microservices based architecture and patterns
• Knowledge of cloud concepts and cloud architecture different types of cloud computing preferably GCP
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts tools like GitHubJenkins Jira Confluence
• Experience using the following technologies git Jira
• Understanding of Google SRE practices and concepts
• Regulatory Reporting experience
