Role Descriptions:
Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
Working under the direction of the Senior Developer, Technical Lead / Project Lead or Project Manager, a Mid-Tier Developer. S/he possesses all the technical expertise and all of the responsibilities of a Junior Developer, including:
o Previously developed and deployed application software on multiple platforms as a Developer (e.g., Mainframe, Client Server, WEB, Cloud) using various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
o Provides technical direction and leadership to Junior Developers, as required
o Leads sub-team meetings
Needed Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in all the requisite responsibilities and technologies
