Role Descriptions:
Working under the direction of a Senior Business Analyst, the Business Analyst supports analysis and testing efforts for complex projects spanning multiple business or technology areas. S/he also provides analytical support to the business.
Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations for equipment and/ or software to deliver solutions. Develops analytical reports or other products.
Needed Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in all the requisite responsibilities and technologies
Technical Proficiencies:
Jira, Jira board, QA, Salesforce, Scenario-driven narratives, facilitate meetings with stakeholders, Chaos & Resiliency Testing, functional and technical documentation, compliance with Customer’s processes and requirements, Client facing technical implementation specifications analysis and design, User stories, Regulation traceablility, Product Management, ServiceNow
