Responsibilities
- Support engineering and delivery teams in adopting SDLC and Deployment control processes
- Define and promote good compliance practices for SDLC and deployment controls
- Plan and perform SDLC and deployment control spot checks across applications and changes
- Track control findings remediation actions ownership and closure status
- Support teams in preparing complete and auditready evidence such as testing records approvals and change records
- Monitor compliance status DevOps metrics and software delivery performance indicators
- Identify trends recurring issues control gaps and areas requiring corrective actions
- Prepare governance reports compliance dashboards and management updates
- Create and deliver training guidance and communication materials for SDLC and deployment processes
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to clarify expectations and resolve issues
- Improve workflows documentation and processes to make compliance easier for delivery teams
- Support audit readiness evidence quality control adherence and governance requirements
To be successful in this role you should have
- Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment such as Change Analyst Control Analyst Business Analyst Test Analyst or similar
- Experience defining collecting and presenting evidence to meet control audit or assurance expectations
- Working knowledge of change delivery processes and tooling such as ServiceNow or equivalent
- Understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance concepts and controlbased working practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills including running workshops and influencing delivery teams
- Strong reporting and analysis skills using Excel PowerPoint and Visio or similar process mapping tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with DevOps metrics and software delivery performance measures is desirable
- Experience with Jira Confluence ServiceNow Excel Power Query or Google Data Studio is beneficial
- Handson experience with QATest Management tools such as qTest Tricentis or Zephyr is an advantage
- Knowledge of application security testingscanning concepts such as SAST DAST MAST and vulnerability management is desirable
