Responsibilities
- Own maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Define and manage Epics Features and User Stories
- Gather analyze and refine business and technical requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure clarity of delivery requirements
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to align business priorities with technical solutions
- Support sprint planning backlog refinement release planning and Agile ceremonies
- Balance business priorities technical debt operational requirements and delivery objectives
- Coordinate crossteam dependencies and delivery activities
- Engage with business stakeholders technology partners and engineering teams
- Support product demonstrations testing activities and User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Ensure audit regulatory risk and compliance requirements are reflected in product delivery
- Monitor delivery progress manage scope and drive measurable business outcomes
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- Support continuous improvement of product delivery processes and practices
To be successful in this role you should have
- Strong Product Ownership and Agile Delivery experience
- Expertise in Backlog Management and Prioritization
- Strong Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis skills
- Experience defining Epics Features User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
- Experience working in Financial Services or regulated environments
- Knowledge of Risk Compliance Audit and Governance requirements
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong facilitation influencing and decisionmaking skills
- Experience collaborating with Architecture Engineering Security and Operations teams
- Understanding of Enterprise Identity and Access Management IAM
- Knowledge of Authentication Authorization and Identity Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture API Security and CloudNative Security
- Awareness of DevSecOps SSDLC Observability and Production Readiness practices
- Strong documentation reporting and knowledgesharing capabilities
