Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall Performance NonFunctional Testing capability across the program
- Define and maintain the Performance NonFunctional Testing strategy roadmap standards and governance
- Lead testing initiatives covering load stress volume resilience failover disaster recovery and high availability scenarios
- Collaborate with Scrum teams Architects DevOps Product Owners and support teams to ensure scalable and resilient solutions
- Define test coverage environments tooling strategy resource planning and test execution approaches
- Evaluate recommend and implement Performance Testing tools and frameworks
- Deliver Performance NonFunctional Testing for cloudnative and cloudhosted applications
- Monitor analyze and report performance KPIs bottlenecks risks and quality metrics
- Analyze logs monitoring data profilers and system statistics to identify performance issues and remediation opportunities
- Manage endtoend defect tracking reporting and resolution activities
- Integrate Performance Testing into CICD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Validate disaster recovery failover audit logging operational readiness and compliance requirements
- Produce dashboards reports presentations and test readiness assessments for stakeholders
- Mentor and lead Performance Testing engineers and drive testing best practices
- Establish Performance Testing standards governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role you should have
- Extensive experience delivering Performance NonFunctional Testing in complex enterprise environments
- Expertise in Load Testing Stress Testing Volume Testing Resilience Testing Failover Testing High Availability Testing and Disaster Recovery Testing
- Experience defining Performance Testing strategies environments risks tooling and governance
- Strong knowledge of cloudbased testing approaches particularly GCP environments
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of application architecture integrations and distributed systems
- Expertise with JMeter Gatling LoadRunner NeoLoad or similar testing tools
- Experience testing cloudnative containerized and serverless applications
- Strong coding and scripting skills using Python Java Scala or similar technologies
- Experience with database performance tuning query optimization and monitoring
- Experience testing Graph Databases Neo4j and graph platform technologies
- Knowledge of eventdriven architectures messaging systems and throughput testing
- Experience with API Testing API Gateway Testing ETL Testing Test Data Generation and Mocking
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code IaC GitOps DevOps and CICD practices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Active Directory AWS Azure and GCP integrations
- Good understanding of security vulnerabilities compliance testing and operational acceptance testing
- Strong leadership mentoring stakeholder management and communication skills
