Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Tagetik Consultant with 5-7 years of EPM experience including strong Hyperion functional expertise to support design implementation and optimization of Corporate Performance Management CPM/EPM solutions The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Tagetik solutions and support HyperiontoTagetik transformations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Tagetik EPM implementations including
- oBudgeting Planning Forecasting BPF
- oFinancial Close Consolidation
- oManagement Reporting and Disclosure Management
- Gather and analyze business and finance requirements and convert them into functional and technical designs
- Perform Hyperion functional analysis HFM Hyperion Planning Essbase FCCS and support
- oMigration or coexistence strategies between Hyperion and Tagetik
- oGap analysis and solution mapping
- Configure Tagetik modules including
- oData models workflows hierarchies business rules and validations
- Design and support integrations from ERP systems SAP Oracle others and data warehouses
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and Smart Insight analytics
- Support UAT golive postproduction support and enduser training
- Prepare functional documentation solution design documents and test scripts
- Collaborate with technical teams project managers and client stakeholders
Required Skills Qualifications
- 57 years of relevant experience in EPMCPM implementations
- Strong handson experience with Tagetik minimum 23 years preferred
- Solid Hyperion functional experience including
- oHyperion Planning
- oHFM andor FCCS
- oEssbase functional understanding
- Strong understanding of
- oFinancial consolidation
- oBudgeting planning and forecasting processes
- oManagement and statutory reporting
- Experience with financial statements PL Balance Sheet Cash Flow
- Knowledge of ETLintegration concepts and data reconciliation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred GoodtoHave Skills
- Experience in Hyperion to Tagetik migration projects
- Exposure to IFRS US GAAP Local GAAP
- Knowledge of SQL MDX or scripting functional level
- Experience with SAP S4HANA or Oracle ERP integrations
- Tagetik certifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Engineering or related field
- MBA CA CMA is an added advantage
