TQUSI0908_5906 - Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) / Available‑to‑Promise (AATP) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of OTC and AATP processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure alignment with SanDisk’s global supply chain strategy.
• Configure and optimize ATP, Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Supply Assignment functionalities.
• Support order management processes including pricing, credit management, delivery scheduling, billing, and returns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Sales) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot defects, and drive issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for business users.
• Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Work with technical teams to design enhancements, customizations, and interface solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SanDisk’s internal controls, data governance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in SAP OTC and AATP functional consulting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with S/4HANA AATP including:
• Product Allocation (PAL)
• Backorder Processing (BOP)
• Supply Assignment
• Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
• Deep understanding of Order Management, Delivery Scheduling, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
• Experience working in high‑volume, global supply chain environments.
• Ability to design and configure complex ATP rules and allocation strategies.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, PP, SD, and IBP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business leaders and technical teams.
• Experience in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing domain is a plus.
