Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Lead / Solution Architect to drive the architecture, development, and support of enterprise applications built on .NET and Java platforms. The role involves collaborating with clients and business stakeholders to define solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design decisions for .NET and Java applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose effective technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the application lifecycle.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and application monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster continuous learning and technical growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product Owners.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, and technical dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in .NET and Java application architecture, development, and Support.
- Expertise in Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and enterprise integration.
- Experience leading technical teams in an Agile environment.
