Overview
Seeking a Tech PM to lead the delivery of enterprisescale Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on AWS The role requires a blend of clientfacing consulting technical leadership solution governance and handson understanding of AWS AI services particularly Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Launchpadrelated programmes
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from discovery through design implementation and adoption of AI solutions
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders technology teams and AWS partners
- Drive solution strategy delivery governance risk management and executive reporting
- Facilitate workshops to identify prioritise and define AI and automation use cases
- Design and oversee implementation of GenAI and agentbased solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore
- Guide architecture decisions across model selection security governance guardrails and enterprise integration
- Support presales activities solution shaping effort estimation and proposal development
- Manage crossfunctional delivery teams and ensure successful programme outcomes
Required Skills Experience
- 8 years of consulting technology delivery or programme management experience
- Proven experience leading complex cloud or digital transformation engagements
- Handson knowledge of Amazon Bedrock including
- oFoundation Models
- oRAG RetrievalAugmented Generation
- oKnowledge Bases
- oPrompt Engineering
- oGuardrails and Responsible AI
- Experience with AWS AgentCore andor agentic AI architectures including
- oAI agents and orchestration frameworks

- Working knowledge of AWS Launchpad and AWS engagementgovernance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Director CIO and executivelevel stakeholders
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering GenAI or Agentic AI solutions in production environments
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph CrewAI Strands AutoGen or similar
- AWS certifications Solutions Architect AI Practitioner or Professional certifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services Insurance Healthcare or Public Sector
