We are seeking a highly experienced Coordinating Program Architect to provide architectural leadership across multiple transformation workstreams. As the organization progresses through various platform implementations, this role will ensure alignment, integration readiness, and effective management of dependencies across business processes, systems, and delivery teams.
The successful candidate will act as the connective layer between transformation initiatives, ensuring that individual workstreams deliver within an integrated enterprise architecture and support the broader transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Architecture & Governance
- Define and maintain the overarching transformation architecture across multiple programs and workstreams.
- Establish governance frameworks to manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and cross-functional impacts.
- Ensure strategic alignment between business objectives, technology platforms, and transformation outcomes.
Cross-Workstream Coordination
- Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making forums involving business, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless coordination between platform implementation teams and business process owners.
Integration & Process Alignment
- Assess how platform implementations intersect across business functions and workflows.
- Define integration strategies and sequencing plans for interconnected solutions.
- Ensure consistency in process design, data flows, operating models, and user experiences across programs.
Enterprise Planning
- Support integrated roadmap development and transformation milestones.
- Evaluate impacts of design decisions across adjacent workstreams.
- Provide forward-looking assessments of upcoming integration and deployment challenges.
Risk & Issue Management
- Anticipate conflicts, bottlenecks, and architectural risks resulting from overlapping transformations.
- Recommend mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
- Drive resolution of cross-program issues impacting delivery timelines or business value realization.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Executive Sponsors, Program Directors, Business Leads, Enterprise Architects, and Technology Teams.
- Present architecture recommendations and transformation insights to senior leadership.
- Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and delivery partners.
