SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant
Experience: 12–15 years
Time Shift: Mostly IST (with a couple of hours overlap in PST)
Overview
We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience across multiple end‑to‑end implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and be well-versed with all phases of S/4HANA greenfield projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across all project phases — blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and optimize FICO sub‑modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.
- Provide functional expertise for financial processes, month-end/year-end closing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and support testing cycles.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.
- 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of all implementation phases — requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.
- Experience with SAP ECC is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to integration with SD, MM, PP, and other modules.
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
