Job Description. 

Developing a new solution for municipality ranking according to pre-defined methodology. The tool should be in Power BI and able to:

  1. Retrieve the external public data used in the ranking process of municipalities from the Statistics Sweden (SCB) website and combine it with non-public data procured.
  2. Transform and prepare the data in accordance with established ranking methodology.
  3. Calculate and generate the municipal ranking based on the approved methodology.
  4. Produce the documentation and decision-support material required.

The solution must comply with applicable regulatory and governance requirements, including BCBS 239 principles and other standards related to data lineage, traceability, auditability, availability, and controls.
