Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
Create highly engaging animations for a variety of media including social media, web, special events, and conferences
Contribute to all aspects of the project, from initial briefing, through creative process to the final solution
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Be quick in providing multiple fresh Video layout/design/ Story Boarding iterations that complement existing art, and design styles.

Communicate effectively with creative services colleagues, internal team and vendors
Work both independently and collaboratively to design motion graphics that transform complicated concepts into clear visuals.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
Good awareness of regulatory or risk-based change initiatives.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and SMEs to deliver results within demanding timelines.
Strong communication skills, being able to understand technical detail and tailor summary to the audience in a simple and clear manner - both verbally and written.
Confidence to engage with audiences remotely (i.e., via Webex, Microsoft Teams) as well as engaging face-to-face with smaller groups and senior stakeholders.
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (designing/creating digital templates, presentations etc.)
Knowledge of graphical requirements of social media channels is preferable
