Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design with superior user interface design skills and should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. The ideal candidate should be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineer.
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, user flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Work closely with web developers to implement the design into a functional website, ensuring that the design is translated accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in web design and apply them to enhance the quality and features of websites.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- The candidate should have atleast 1 year of work experience as a Web Designer.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Responsive for rapid prototyping.
- Demonstrable graphic design or Visual Design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of digital design principles, color theory, and user experience (UX).
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Well Known knowledge For Design Systems.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 4 and 5, Basic VueJS, jQuery.
Salary: 2 to 4 LPA /Annum
Evaluation Process: CV and application review, written assessment, two rounds of interviews.
