This opportunity is in the company office for PMO Analyst/Office Administrator who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company's technical offerings. The role is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Client supplier coordination: Written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders; clients and suppliers on varied issued like contractual follow ups, task and payment follow-ups and query resolutions. 
  • System use and maintenance: should be good hands on various online tools and ERP system e.g. emailing, banking, accounting, Human resources, document management like SharePoint, MS Teams 
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle 
  • Ability to organise tasks for the team and follow ups. 
  • Documentation skills: Ability to organise, design, develop and maintain proper project and organisational documentation. 
  • Provide necessary project management support in the form of guidance to project managers of an organization 
  • Responsible for gathering of relevant project data and has to produce information to be presented for review by the management 
  • PMO is also responsible for helping project managers on various ways an organization operates its key processes 
  • Manage resource forecast or create resource capacity plan understanding the availability of various resources for organizational projects 
  • Enable capture of project requests and ensure each of those requests have enough relevant information that can aid in the assessment of that project  
  • Maintaining an updated status of projects that are underway and those that have requests pending review 
  • Implement prioritization and scoring models for better assessment of the requests that should be approved 
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects 
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables 
  • Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation 
  • Generate project artefacts and reports across various projects 
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes 
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines 
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification 
  • Step up as a project manager for short duration covering absences

Salary: As per National Living Wage (NLW) / National Minimum Wage (NMW)
