TESTQ Technologies is an IT services and solutions company whose offerings spans over variety of industry sectors with strong technical, domain and process expertise helping clients grow their businesses and decrease operational costs on continuous basis in an ever-changing business environment. 

This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Business Adviser- Team Lead who will play a major role with the technical design and development of the company’s technical offerings. The role is based at our Leicester office with occasional assignments at client locations. 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health of clients' businesses. 
  • Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure business performance. 
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact for business advisory services. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market segments, and competitive positioning. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on market expansion, product development, and target market strategies. 
  • Evaluate potential risks and regulatory compliance issues affecting clients' businesses and develop risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Ensure clients are aware of and compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards. 
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to existing clients and generate new business leads. 
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and business development activities to promote our services and enhance our client base. 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment] 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.  
  • Proven experience in business consulting, advisory services, or related roles, with a strong track record of success. 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions. 
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in the UK or Equivalent. 

Salary:GBP 29000 to 40000 per annum
